- •Auto-Account Creation: To automatically set up a user profile for you, allowing you to view your Booking History and manage Refunds/Cancellations.
- •Communication: To send you automated notifications regarding your transaction.
- •Security & Verification: To verify your identity when you arrive at the rented space.
3. Consent and Deemed Consent
- •By providing your details during the checkout process and clicking "Pay," you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes stated above.
- •Because an account is necessary for you to manage your legal right to a refund (as per our Terms and Conditions), the creation of an account is considered part of our service delivery.
4. Third-Party Disclosure (Stripe & Payment Providers)
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. However, to process your rental:
- •Your payment information is handled by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
- •We do not see or store your full credit card or bank details on our own servers.
