1. Nature of Service

We provide an online platform for users to book and pay for rental spaces. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

2. Account Creation

• •To streamline your experience, an account will be automatically created for you upon your first successful transaction using the email address provided.
• •This account allows you to view your Booking History and manage Refund Requests.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• •You agree to provide accurate and current information (Full Name, Email, and Phone Number) during the checkout process.

3. Payments and Transactions

• •All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• •We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• •A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once payment is successfully processed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the user and the space management:

• •Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• •Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• •No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or "no-shows," are strictly non-refundable.
• •Processing Fee: Please note that any refunds may be subject to a small administrative or bank processing fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• •How to Request: All cancellations must be initiated through your user dashboard under "Booking History."

5. Rules of Use (House Rules)

• •Use the space only for the purpose stated in your booking.
• •Vacate the space promptly at the end of your booked slot.
• •Ensure no damage is caused to the property or equipment. You will be held financially liable for any damages incurred during your session.
• •Adhere to noise limits and maximum capacity regulations as posted at the venue.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs within the rented space. Users enter and use the facilities at their own risk.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data (Name, Email, Phone Number) for the purpose of managing your booking and account.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
